CONCEPT & DELIVERY

RIGA 17 combines a hillside site near Innsbruck’s old town with compact residential architecture. PEMA completed 23 apartments in 2020 in a building shaped by the terrain. Private outdoor spaces and easy access to the city define the project.

More about the project

RIGA 17 follows the natural slope above Innsbruck’s old town on Riedgasse. Its compact form opens towards the city and mountains. PEMA delivered 23 apartments, most with a balcony, loggia, terrace or garden area. Bicycle storage, a lift and a small play area complete the development, which was finished in summer 2020.
