More about the project
Quartier Anna combines a quiet setting in Innsbruck-Kranebitten with convenient access to the city. Three buildings contain 33 apartments ranging from approximately 33 to 75 m². Every home includes a balcony, terrace or garden.
Solid-brick construction, photovoltaics, an air-source heat pump and residential ventilation form the technical concept. PEMA develops the project through PEMA Invest GmbH. Floor plans, available homes and further information are provided on the project website.
