A third tower. A new urban silhouette.
CONCEPT & DELIVERY
P3 adds a third landmark PEMA development to Innsbruck’s station district. Completed in 2022, the building combines a Motel One hotel, offices, retail and a sky bar across around 9,400 m² of usable space. Its design by Heinlein and Zierl emerged from an architectural competition.
More about the project
P3 is PEMA’s third tower beside Innsbruck Central Station. Michael Heinlein and Alois Zierl won the 2017 architectural competition involving 17 entries. Their design combines a slender silhouette, an open ground floor and a sky bar on the top floor.
Completed in 2022, the building provides approximately 9,400 m² of usable space for hotel, office and retail uses. Motel One has 234 rooms, with KPMG and reiter design completing the mix. Underground parking provides 76 spaces. The development was fully leased before completion.
