CONCEPT & DELIVERY
P2 brings 173 apartments and business apartments together with Innsbruck City Library. Completed in 2018, PEMA’s development combines residential and public uses in a distinctive building designed by LAAC.

P2 brings homes and public life together in Innsbruck’s station district. LAAC designed the tower and base with their distinctive glass façade.
The project combines 173 homes and business apartments with approximately 4,000 m² for the city library. PEMA completed the development in 2018. P2 received LEED Gold pre-certification and the special metal construction prize at the Aluminium Architecture Award.
