PEMA developed land in Marchtrenk for commercial and industrial use. TGW’s Evolution Park opened in 2018 on the land subsequently sold to the company.

In Marchtrenk, PEMA developed land for commercial and industrial use. The work included organising land parcels, rezoning, infrastructure and the sale of the sites. TGW built its Evolution Park at this location. The intralogistics company opened its international headquarters in 2018.
