At the Brenner Pass, a shopping destination emerged between Austria and Italy. Opened in 2007, Brenner Outlet Center combines international brands with a location on a major transport route. PEMA participated in the development as a strategic investor. The centre was one of the group’s early projects. PEMA sold its shares in 2018.
