CONCEPT & DELIVERY
With AmrasNext, PEMA and UBM are planning a new residential quarter in Innsbruck-Amras. The planned development combines 136 apartments, including planned subsidised housing, with an early-years education facility. The development remains in the planning phase.

PEMA and UBM are planning AmrasNext, a new quarter in Innsbruck-Amras. Six buildings combine a range of housing with a childcare facility.
The concept envisages 136 apartments, including approximately 35 for non-profit housing with TIGEWOSI. The three-group childcare facility is planned with 660 m² of indoor and 600 m² of outdoor space. Timber-hybrid construction and photovoltaics complete the design.
